Housekeeping

What will be CLEAN when we leave your residential home:

  • Vacuum or Mop all floor surfaces including carpets, tile, stairs, rugs
  • Vacuum all furniture (where applicable) under cushions, in cracks - we give you any change we find!
  • We dust and remove cobwebs from Ceilings, Lights, Ceiling Fans, Blinds, Sills -- if it's a surface, we dust it.
  • We CLEAN glass mirrors, shower doors, tables or any other shiny glass surface -- WINDOWS ALSO (additional charge unless you sign up for Every Other Week housekeeping, if you do, windows are included annually! - and our window cleaners are professionally trained specifically for window cleaning)
  • Bathroom: Toilet, cabinets, fixtures, shelves, Tubs, Shower stalls, sinks, counters, floors -- essentially, EVERYTHING
  • Kitchen: Stove, stove heating elements & drip pans, counters, cupboards, microwave, table and chairs, floor
  • Empty interior Garbage cans and waste baskets

    Frequency of visits
    Other services utilized (windows, gutters, etc)



    If you sign up for Every Week cleaning, we WILL NOT charge extra for your initial DEEP CLEANING like those big franchise companies do! (discount applied after 3 months of service)



    EXAMPLE Rate:
    Single Family Home, 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 Kitchen, 1 Dining, 1 Living, after the $140 initial cleaning: $77/month, $70/every other week or $63/every week.

    This is GREAT in conjunction with our WINDOW CLEANING right before an event at your home! Graduation, Holiday or return from vacation! You will receive a discount on your window cleaning if you sign up for both. -- remember, if you sign up for Every Other Week cleaning you will get a free annual FULL SERVICE window cleaning!

    Initial cleanings are the same as the periodic cleanings however they will run typically about double the cost of the scheduled cleaning to cover the additional time spent on site getting the area cleaned to OUR standards!
